- Returns are accepted however refunds are not applicable on Shopping Night Sale items.
- Returned promo items will be granted a store credit only.
- Exchanges are not available on Shopping Night items; however, customer may exchange a shopping night item for another existing item not included in the shopping night offer.
- Underwear can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on a single item, nor applied to previously processed orders.
- Products will be despatched from our suppliers warehouse within 1-7 days of receiving an order after the sales event has ended. Shipping will then take between 2-4 weeks as our suppliers are global and dependant upon covid delays. But It's usually quite quick! If the stock is already at our warehouse, we will ship your order straight to your door as soon as possible.
